Where we service

Through our own field service technicians and trusted service partners, we provide coverage across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia, as well as the Pacific Islands and New Zealand. This network means consistent support wherever your facility is located.

Manufacturer-trained technicians

Our field service team is factory-trained on the brands we represent and holds the credentials required to work on regulated medical and laboratory equipment. We stock common consumables and replacement parts for the equipment we support, and source genuine parts directly from manufacturers when required.

Compliance-first

All servicing is documented to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 5369 and relevant laboratory standards. You receive complete service records suitable for audit and accreditation.

Calibrated test equipment

Routine performance testing including temperature mapping, pressure verification, and chemistry validation is carried out using calibrated instruments traceable to national standards.

SupplyCare
Usage-based replenishment

We track consumption against your throughput and site-specific patterns, then deliver before you run low. No standing orders that don’t match real demand, and no last-minute reorders.

On-site changeover

Our team handles container and bottle changeovers on site, removing that task from your staff so they can stay focused on operations.

Documented and reportable

Every delivery and changeover is recorded, giving you full visibility of consumption and supporting cost reporting and internal accountability.

SupplyCare for Ward Washers
Scheduled site visits

A Macemark Technology team member attends weekly or monthly, with frequency agreed up front based on cycle volumes and the number of machines on site. At each visit we check chemistry levels at every washer, replace bottles, and top up on-site stock.

Cycle-based stock planning

We analyse cycle counts machine by machine to calculate actual chemistry consumption and set stock levels accordingly. Replenishment is based on real usage, not estimates, so you never run short between visits.

Per-machine usage reporting

You receive regular reports showing chemistry consumption per machine, supporting your compliance obligations under ISO 15883 and AS/NZS 5369 alongside internal reporting and cost tracking.

Performance Qualification
Decontamination

Performance qualification for washer disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners, and manual cleaning processes, with cleaning efficacy testing to confirm instruments are being properly reprocessed. Includes water quality sampling and analysis to support your reprocessing program.

Sterilising

Qualification of steam sterilisers and hydrogen peroxide sterilisers, with thermal penetration studies, load family categorisation, and full microbiological and physical testing. Steam quality analysis and packaging validation are available as part of the service.

Endoscopy

Qualification of automated endoscope reprocessors, storage cabinets, and bagging units, including cleaning efficacy testing for endoscope reprocessing. We also qualify novel disinfection technologies such as UV-C, chlorine dioxide, and hydrogen peroxide systems.
